PBS KIDS Family Creative Learning is a series of workshops that focus on learning through creative play and exploration! The STEM based, multi-generation engagement program is designed for children ages 5-8 (younger/older siblings are welcomed) and are designed to activate creative and collaborative learning using PBS KIDS media and resources. Each session is divided into four areas: EAT, EXPLORE, MAKE and SHARE! Families will enjoy a delicious catered dinner, work together on Health & Wellness themed projects and share with one another.
A facilitator from WQED will be available to instruct and support families as they work together. This is a grant-funded program sponsored by The Jefferson Regional Foundation. Registration for the April 4 workshop will include all four workshops. Participants must be able to attend all four workshops.
