November recipe: Minestrone Soup
Supplies Needed for Class: large pot, cutting board, vegetable peeler, knife (that can cut vegetables), measuring spoons, measuring cup
Ingredients: olive oil, yellow onion (optional), 3 carrots, zucchini, kosher or regular salt, black pepper, (1) 24 oz. jar Ragu Old World Style Traditional Sauce, 1 qt. vegetable broth (regular or low sodium), ditalini or other small pasta, frozen peas (optional), 1 lemon, Parmesan cheese and parsley (both optional)
