Come learn about our area's wild edible mushrooms with Ryan and Emily from the Mushroom Hunting Foundation!

They will cover the basics of mushroom science and safety, and show us diverse and delicious local fungi that are considered safe for beginners to cook.

Ryan and Emily started The Mushroom Hunting Foundation to teach us how to safely enjoy wild mushrooms. Ryan will also have copies of his book Gourmet Mushrooms of the Northeast at the event.
