     Let's welcome winter by enjoying Eileen Spinelli's picturebook, Now It Is Winter, 
     illustrated by Mary Newell Depalma. 
     This playful story, displayed page by page around the library garden, shows 
     a young mouse asking so many questions as his mother reminds him of the
     wonders of winter.   
     Perhaps an antidote to the winter doldrums and those who long for a change of season?
