      If you do not own a library card, are at least 5 yrs.or older, and live in
      Rehoboth, come in to the Blanding Library and get yours -  It's free!
 
      This year's Honorary Chair is Marley Dias.  Marley and the American Library
      Association promote the power of the library card.   She believes that
    "a library card provides opportunity for discovery and access to a rich and
     diverse world.  It empowers you to make change and experience new stories."
