Participants will learn practical hand-to-hand combat training that takes the ideas and uses of traditional self-defense to a new level. You'll learn not only how to protect yourself, but also how to become connected to situational awareness and set your mindset to never be a victim.  Taught by a former US Army Special Forces Operator.
