About this video:

WILLS AND TRUSTS AND DEEDS, OH MY! - A Summary Of Estate Planning For Massachusetts Residents.

This program reviews the differences between wills and trusts and the differences between revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts.  Join Lynn Bouvier Kapiskas, Esq. as she reviews the steps involved in the probate process and speaks in general terms as to the cost of probating an estate. She will review other estate planning related documents, including health care proxies and durable powers of attorney, and how nursing home or long-term care planning impacts the estate planning discussion.

This program is part of the Blackstone Public Library’s "Financial Literacy for All Ages: A Formula for Success" grant.  It was brought to you with federal funds provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC).
