Join Chef Kashia Cave as she cooks fresh, healthy recipes using seasonal produce from farmers' markets. As the Executive Director of My City Kitchen, Inc., Chef Cave is a graduate of  Lincoln Culinary Institute, formerly Connecticut Culinary Institute and Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF) in Costigliole-D’Asti, Italy.
