Make a special treat for future astronauts! This recipe is made to be like freeze-dried ice cream, which astronauts would be able to eat in space. We'll supply sugar, cream of tartar, and vanilla. You'll need six egg whites, an electric beater, and can add mini chocolate chips if you prefer. Registration is required. Kits can be picked up in the children's room between Monday, July 25 and Saturday, July 30.
