Name Pollination Gardening
Start 2017/04/17 at 06:00:00 PM
End 2017/04/17 at 07:00:00 PM
Description (old)

If your vegetable garden is not doing well or your fruit trees are failing to produce, you are probably not attracting enough pollinators into your yard! Penn State Master Gardener Brenda Troutman will speak about creating a pollinator friendly garden, which is simple, no matter how big or small your garden is. By planting a graden focused on welcoming pollinators (bees, butterflies, moths, hummingbirds, etc.), you can increase the number of pollinators in your area. You can plant in flower pots, window boxes or garden beds, and make a positive impact one plant at a time.

This is a Civic and Social Literacy program of the PA Forward Initiative.
