Join us for T'ai Chi Chih sessions with accredited teachers Jim and Fran Kaib.  T'ai Chi Chih is a healing art of joy through movement. Movements can be performed by anyone regardless of age, weight or physical ability and may be performed while seated. Tai Chi has a wide range of health benefits, which include lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, weight loss, relief of back pain, managing chronic disease and better balance.  Class size is limited, please register.
