Join ShopRite of Shelton Dietitian Siddhi Sheth as she discusses nutrition labels and nutrition myth busters. Siddhi will share recent updates to the nutrition label, as well as how to effectively use one to make dietary choices. Lastly, Siddhi will go over common assumptions about nutrition and discuss misconceptions.

Siddhi is a Registered Dietitian and currently the In-Store Dietitian at the ShopRite of Shelton. At ShopRite she provides free services to community, including individual & family nutrition consultations, group classes, grocery store tours, cooking demos and recipe makeovers.
