Join Siddhi Sheth as she presents the science of baking. Siddhi is a Registered Dietitian and currently the In-Store Dietitian at the ShopRite of Shelton. At ShopRite she provides free services to community, including individual & family nutrition consultations, group classes, grocery store tours, cooking demos and recipe makeovers.

Siddhi will discuss food science, different ingredients in baked goods and how they lend to a recipe and will also perform a cooking demo based on principles discussed.
