Join us for a live cooking class and you'll have gnocchi ready to eat for dinner! This class will be taught by a Registered Dietitian, so you will be welcome to ask any food and nutrition-related questions you may have! This recipe can be adjusted to accommodate dairy or gluten allergies. You will need the following ingredients:
1 lb sweet potatoes
regular or gluten-free flour
Parmesan and Ricotta cheese (optional)
This recipe also pairs wonderfully with a brown butter sauce, so if you’d like to join in making this, you’ll need butter and heavy cream OR milk.
