Join us for Family Yoga with classes led by Children's Instructor Michelle Ann of Peaceful Chaos Yoga. Family Yoga is an engaging way to spend time as a family, outdoors and away from devices. Strengthen the bond between you and the child you care for, between your family and nature, and between your body and mind. Participate in partner poses, practice individually, and build strength and resilience, all while having fun. All ages welcome. Please register for each class, registration begins June 7th for all classes.
