Teens (grades 7 - 12) - Catch a break from finals with some yoga and relaxation with Elaina! This hour-long class will focus on de-stressing and clearing your mind, so you can be ready for your study sessions! Please wear appropriate workout clothing - comfortable but not restricting. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Experience is not necessary ... beginners welcome!
