Join us for a mid-week breather at our guided meditation. This event is open to all levels and no prior experience is required. The only thing necessary is the desire to disconnect for a few moments and allow yourself some peace. Chairs will be provided, but please also feel free to bring a towel or yoga mat if you prefer.
