Open to all levels, this 60-minute class will promote flexibility, strength and balance for your body and mind. Bring a yoga mat, meditation pillow to sit on, water bottle and small towel. Dress in comfortable clothing.
Sharon Epstein, MS, E-RYT-500 has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for over 30 years. Sharon loves teaching all levels and ages. She teaches in yoga studios, synagogues, corporate offices, private homes, in hospitals, schools and camps. Sharon is a Great Neck resident.
$40 fee for entire series of 8 classes. In-person registration only begins Monday, September 23 at 9:00 a.m. for Great Neck School District residents, and Wednesday, October 2 at 10:00 a.m. for non-residents.
