.Learn yoga postures, breathing practices and meditation techniques to bring balance, equilibrium and good health to your body and mind. Studies have shown that yoga and meditation have remarkable healing effects for those who practice.

Open to all levels, this 60-minute class will promote flexibility, strength and balance for your body and mind. Bring a yoga mat, meditation pillow to sit on, water bottle and small towel.  Dress in comfortable clothing.

Sharon Epstein, MS, YACEP, E-RYT-500 has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for over 30 years. Sharon loves teaching all levels and ages.  She has taught in yoga studios, synagogues, corporate offices, private homes, in hospitals, schools and camps. Including nutrition and lifestyle choices into the scope of her work, she studied to become a certified health coach in 2018. Sharon is a Great Neck resident.

Registration is required - Great Neck cardholders and residents have priority for seating. Sign up online, in-person, or via phone, beginning February 27 at 10 am. Non-residents are welcome as walk-ins, as space allows.

Classes run March 7, 14, 21, 28 and April 4, 11. Register once for the whole series
