Reiki is a form of therapy that uses simple hands-on, no-touch, and visualization techniques, with the goal of improving the flow of life energy in a person. Practitioner Michele London will guide you in an introduction to Reiki, followed by a Qigong demonstration and class participation with guided meditation accompanied by music. Michele will also do a Reiki reading on each attendee as they meditate; feel free to stay and continue your meditation afterwards, or quietly leave once finished.

Michele London is a certified Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Art/Master Teacher, and is also certified in Liquid Reiki Sound Healing, Shamanic Sound Healing & Sound Metaphysics, Master Trance Channel, and Advanced Light Language.

Registration is required - Great Neck cardholders and residents have priority for seating. Sign up online, in-person, or via phone beginning April 25 at 10 am. Non-residents are welcome as walk-ins, as space allows.
