Get ready for summer with Chef Rob Scott in this cooking demonstration and tasting event. Learn how to make Avocado Toasts with fresh mozzarella cheese, charred tomatoes and a Balsamic Drizzle also a Roasted Zucchini Flatbread with Hummus, arugula, and Goat cheese. Be sure to bring a pen and notepad for taking notes.

Registration is required - Great Neck cardholders and residents have priority for seating. Sign up online, in-person, or via phone beginning April 25 at 10 am. Non-residents are welcome as walk-ins, as space allows.
