Art and Wellbeing
At Artreach, Inc., creativity heals! Artreach will provide an overview of its programs and philosophy and share a sampling of it's Second Step Players sketch comedy, creative writing, visual arts and music programs with both video clips and live performance. This will not only entertain, they will illustrate how arts and creativity are important tools for everyone's wellbeing.

Since 1985, Artreach has provided arts programs to adults living with mental illnesses. Through theater, music, visual arts and more, program members sustain their recovery, develop life skills and build community. Artreach's public performances and art exhibits raise awareness about mental health and bust the stigma of mental illnesses.

This program is generously funded by Groton Public Library's Circle of Friends
