Our cookbook for February is Dinner Pies : from Shepherd's Pies and Pot Pies to Tarts, Turnovers, Quiches, Hand Pies, and More by Ken Haedrich. This is how the club works: every month, pick up a copy of that month’s cookbook selection at the library. Choose a recipe to make and prepare it for the next month’s meeting.
