Tai Chi is a moving meditation, a flowing dance, a system of self-healing and self-defense. Practicing this ancient Chinese art form regularly brings many benefits to our physical, mental and emotional well-being. The use of slow, fluid and gentle movements with coordinated breath, will increase stamina, strengthen the immune system, tone muscles, improve coordination and slow down the aging process.
