This is a virtual version of Mindy Vasta's Simply Stronger low impact strength training classes through Zoom. Mindy Vasta is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She has over twenty years of experience and has been specializing in the mature adult population for more than a decade.
Classes start promptly at the designated time. For security reasons, no one will be allowed to enter the class once it has begun.
