Breathing deeply and with ease is one of the most potent ways to connect with oneself. Thru restorative mindful movement and a short guided meditation we will thread the use of our gentle, subtle, natural intelligence of our breath to open the heart and calm the mind.  Once an honored relationship is developed with our breath, we gift restoration, freedom and love to every cell of our being- in a way in which you are being met, carried and supported throughout your experience of you!
