  Follow Kimberly Ayoung as she leads you through muscle conditioning, cardio, stretches, and strength training for the ultimate workout. 

Wear comfortable clothing and bring light hand weights.

Please register at least three (3) days prior to the program.

All programs are subject to cancellation with insufficient registration.

Out-of-district patrons will be charged a $5.00 fee per class payable at the circulation desk before each class.
