Open Mic Night, a well-attended music venue, kicked off its 8th year in September. It is hosted on the 1st Friday of the month by different guest emcees. The October 6th emcee will be Willie Walker. Willie is a multi-instrumentalist composer who hails from Hollis, NH. He performs solo gigs and is also a member of the Russell Hill Band. Open Mic runs from 7-10 PM. We welcome musicians, singers and poets to showcase their talents. Performers of all ages and all instruments are welcome. The doors open at 6:30 – come play or listen!

This is a Friends of the Library sponsored program that is held on the 1st Friday night (Sept - May) in a smoke-free intimate environment of the Art Gallery. Fantastic acoustics in the art gallery/musical room draws musicians and listeners from throughout New England.
