A new one-hour recurring program containing chair yoga postures and breath work; balance postures while standing; and meditation. Movements will be done while gently twisting, bending and stretching according to each participant's ability. Benefits include increased flexibility, balance, and an improved mental state. Experienced instructor, Sinclair Brown, has been adapting these postures during the pandemic. She suggests you have a low-backed, stable, armless chair and loose-fitting clothing.
