Executive Chef James Martell is a Stonington, Connecticut native with 25 years of experience working in restaurants along the Rhode Island and Connecticut eastern shoreline. Classical French & Fusion trained with global influences such as Spanish & Asian cuisine are his specialty. While in the kitchen he enjoys the exploration of innovation and setting culinary trends as well as educating others who share the same passion for the culture of culinary arts.
