Are you a little bored with your own cooking? Want to broaden your repertoire and try some new flavors? Spice up your life with our Spice Club! Each month you'll get a sample of a different spice and a variety of recipes to try featuring that spice. We'll also include some online resources if you'd like to find your own recipes.

Join us for a discussion and tasting of the spice of the month! Pick up a spice kit on the 1st Monday of the month or find the recipe booklet at Cook whatever appeals to you and then bring a dish to share for the discussion.

August is Tarragon month!  Tarragon is a highly aromatic herb with a subtle licorice flavor. It adds a fresh, spring taste and a bit of elegance to a variety of recipes. It is often used in French cuisine and is one element of the herb blend fines herbes along with parsley, chervil, and chives.
