Celebrate Halloween with the City of McKeesport and the McKeesport Library.  Kids parade in costume up to the Jacob Woll Pavilion in Renzie Park where everyone can enjoy a free lunch, costume contest, storytime with the library, and a Halloween craft to take home.  Dress in your Halloween finest and join the fun.
