Diane Edgecomb, storyteller extraordinaire, will provide us with exciting and suspenseful stories of "Once Upon a Halloween" for ages 5+. Learn how the fall colors came to be, hear the story of the Woodman and the Goblins, and laugh with the witches who mix up their formulas over a bubbling cauldron! The video will be available October 24th-31st, on our library homepage for patrons to access at their convenience.

A featured teller on NPR and winner of a Year’s Best Performance award for her theater work in Boston, Diane’s storytelling has been featured at prestigious venues throughout the country for over twenty-five years. Her dynamic style of telling, in which she fully embodies the characters and scenes, bringing each moment alive, won her the first national ORACLE AWARD for Storytelling Excellence in the Northeast. Publisher’s Weekly called Diane, “…a virtuoso of the spoken word…an entire cast rolled into one!”
