Dr. Donald Pelto will teach you how to take care of your feet if you have diabetes or have a loved one with diabetes.  You will learn what to look for on your feet that could become a problem such as a blister or a wound.  We will go over ways to prevent these problems as well as some of the problems with poor blood flow and neuropathy.  Finally, we will look at the dreaded problems of Charcot foot and amputation that can affect those with diabetes.  There will be an opportunity to ask questions and get feedback.  Please remember this is not medical care but for educational purposes only.
