Come share your writing with others here at the library, no matter how accomplished you may be! This is the fourth of 4 Fall sessions for this workshop.
Stop by and spend some time with experienced writing instructor Betty Siegel. Ms. Siegel has taught in the College of Liberal Arts and Science at Quincy College in the areas of ESL, Oral Communication, Vocabulary, College Study Skills, Reading, Basic Composition, Critical Thinking, and more. She is also a professional tutor, and a writer with stories published in Camper's Monthly, Downeast, and Yankee. She brings her critical eye combined with a warm sense of humor to this workshop to help writers of all ages and skill levels improve their work. Some topics covered each session may include a review of the writing process and content; short written exercises to practice the various types of creative writing; an introduction to the use of "hooks;" and ways to organize what you write. Work on your own stories and get great feedback and inspiration in this ongoing program..
No sign up is required - just drop in. This program is free and open to the public, and is sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library.
