Name First Fridays: Books that Massachusetts Readers Will Want to Know About [Webinar]
Start 2012/05/04 at 10:00:00 AM
End 2012/05/04 at 10:30:00 AM
Description (old) Grab your coffee and spend ½ hour  in an online discussion with the Massachusetts Book Awards Committee about the big Massachusetts books your readers will be asking for in your libraries.  Each session will include a presentation about new books, those discovered in-house as well as those highlighted at ALA Midwinter or Annual, at MLA and MSLA, and at Book Expo America.  It will also include an update on the reports emerging from the judging panels of the Massachusetts Book Awards.

Time will also be set aside for participants to use the Chat function of the program to share discoveries with fellow workshop participants.  Some trading around of advanced reading copies may ensue!

Join the conversation about what’s new and next in reading!
