Part one and part two are designed to work together. You may come to one or both! 

Part 2: Purposeful Planning

Moving beyond surveys and planning purposefully will help you create library programs and services that really meet the needs of your community. But how do we know what they really need and where do we start?

In part two participants will:
• Learn how to identify community needs;
• Learn methodologies for brainstorming ways the library can meet those needs;
• Discover tools to help figure out a path to reinvigorate space, technology, and/or services.

Please bring a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with web access for this workshop. Those with all levels of library experience are welcome to join us.

If attending both sessions, you must register for each separately and please bring a brown bag lunch.
