| Description (old) | Have you recently been hired or promoted to a supervisory position? Are you in need of tools to help manage your staff and projects? Do you need some stress management techiques to help you manage your day-to-day responsibilites? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this workshop is for you. There will be a mix of information and tools shared with participants along with hands-on exercises and activities. Participants will be asked to share one successful management tool they have used, and one challenge they are currently facing as a supervisor.
