| Description (old) | The Mass Center for the Book presents a monthly 45-minute webinar. Each session begins with announcements of important literary news events and then focuses on a special topic. September topic: The first webinar of the 2012-2013 season will be an exciting kick off as we use this venue to announce the Massachusetts Book Awards of 2012! You've seen the Must-Reads. You have your favorites among them. Now come to the webinar to be among the first to hear which books are the award winners. In addition, we'll preview the upcoming National Book Festival (Sept 22-23), Boston Book Festival (Oct 27), and launch the 2013 MassBooks and Letters About Literature programs. This will be a wonderful kick off to the programming year. Participants will receive webinar information in advance of the session. |
