The world is in constant change and libraries are no different. It is difficult for staff to keep up with all the changes, from the type of software used in the library, to the new services offered to the public. Not everything we need to know are taught in a classroom. If it is, it might be out of reach due to location or finances. Luckily, a great deal of what we need to learn can be found online.

In this webinar, we will explore the numerous free online courses available, as well as sites for tips and tutorials for the tasks we “inherited”.
