NTPL takes you out into Community kitchens to learn how to cook!! Looking for that impressive dinner to serve company? Always wanted to learn the secret behind Beef Wellington? Debb from Alliston’s Malikai Bistro and Catering will show us how! Cooking demo with tips and techniques; then we eat! Menu includes Beef Wellington, roast potatoes, brussels sprouts with  pancetta and chestnuts. Coffee/tea and dessert will also be served. Registration required by March 20.
