Join instructor Michele Posillico as she instructs you in the art of Tai Chi. Tai Chi can help improve your circulation and help you maintain a healthy nervous system. It can also aid in keeping your body flexible, toned, and your mind alert.
This is a four week workshop that will be held live on the Library's Facebook page. You do NOT need a Facebook account to view the classes however you will need one if you'd like to comment to the instructor.
