Just in time for summer, participants will make several recipes for BBQ rubs to take home to make your grilled items taste delicious! We will be sampling the rubs with vegetables in this class, but recipes can be used on chicken, beef, pork, etc. Recipes will be passed out in class to take home. Recipes are from the Secrets to Smoking on the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker and Other Smokers: An Independent Guide with Master Recipes from a BBQ Champion and Massachusetts Resident, Bill Gillespie, and his BBQ team, Smokin' Hoggz BBQ. Registration is required and is for adults only.
