Healthy Habits for Adults classes are free, hour-long programs that offer delicious nutritious snacks participants can make at home. Each class will include a healthy snack, nutrition lesson, interactive learning activities, recipes and handouts. The program will be taught by a trained RSVP (Retired & Senior Volunteer Progam) volunteer and is sponsored by the Southern New Hampshire Services. Registration is requested. The program will meet once a month from January through September, with no March meeting date.

January 10:  Successful Aging - Nutritional interventions
February 14:  Salt- Tastebud thriller or silent killer
April 11:  Stay Regular - Enjoy the power of fiber in your diet
May 9:  Protein - The body's own superman
June 13:  Limiting sugar in your diet - Detox 101
July 11:  Eating the Rainbow - Love your fruits & veggies
August 8:  Reducing Fat in your Diet- Fat, the good the bad and the ugly
Sept 12:  Dairy - Calcium & Vitamin D Superstars
