Drop-in Program for Children Ages 2-6 along with Their Caregiver:
Connect with your children through story, music and movement to introduce yoga and mindfulness. Children will adore acting out stories via yoga poses and playing mindfulness games. Adults will learn techniques to use in their own homes to ease big emotions, sensory challenges and anxiety.
This child focused class is best suited for ages 2-6, but all ages are welcome. Led by Kim Spires, Inspire Kids Yoga.
