Every month Cook Club features a new recipe. Copies of the recipe are available in the library near the cookbooks, near new nonfiction or download the recipe HERE. The recipe for June is okonomiyaki which is a *popular Japanese street food* that uses *in season vegetables* that we can find locally. We will discuss both meat and vegetarian versions of the recipe. Please join us on the third Thursday of every month to see a small demonstration and taste the recipe of the month. Come share your interest and enthusiasm for food with other Adult home cooks. The tasting is from 5 pm to 5:45pm in the small meeting room. Please register online by June 8 to attend the tasting.
