Enjoy Italy with Simply Creative Chef Rob Scott. First, enjoy a delicious Italian dessert, a pound cake with apricot preserves & mascarpone. You will then make 6 medium or 4 jumbo spaghetti muffins filled with assorted cheeses and herbs & sauce. Please bring a 6 medium muffin tin or 4 jumbo muffin tin, 2 medium bowls and a spoon to mix with. Registration begins Saturday, May 11th at the Reference Desk.
