Learn to make Eggplant Parmesan filled raviolis. Take home 12-18 raviolis in a 10 x 10 inch bakery box! Please bring a rolling pin and we will provide all the rest! Patrons will make the fresh pasta dough and fill with it with Eggplant Parmesan filling. You will then take it home to boil. Registration begins Saturday, July 20th at the Reference Desk.
