Sherri Walewski from Saint Peter & Saint Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Carnegie will show us how to make homemade pierogies! This class will be part demonstration and part hands on. The class will make and cook approximately 1 dozen potatoe and cheese pierogies per person (with prepared dough-recipe provided). Pierogies filled with sauerkraut will be demonstrated. 

Each participant must bring a rolling pin and a container to transport their pierogies home.

Eating some of your pierogies there is optional as well.

Cost: $10/person Register and pay by August 5th at the circulation desk at South Fayette Township Library.
