Tai Chi is a slow motion, low impact form of exercise suitable for people of any age. It is often referred to as “moving meditation” and has been practiced in the Far East for thousands of years. Enjoy its graceful flow, and experience the benefits it can bring to balance, coordination, focus, and calm. Class will be instructed by Certified Tai Chi Instructor Dr. Emanuel Brown. Meets on the 1st Saturday of every month | Ages 10 and up
